Longed for Office Chair
After comparing and searching for a comfortable office chair for many weeks, my budget allowed me to choose this one. I thought there was a heating element included, along with the massage function, but sadly, was disappointed to find there wasn’t. The seat isn’t quite long enough for me, being 5ft 10”, but ‘I suppose both of these issues are reflected in the price, which is very affordable. Have to agree with other reviewers that the electric cable for the massage function is woefully too short and I have had to use an extension cable. The massage function is good along with the padded seating, good castor movability and pleasing appearance. Not perfect, not what \I’d expected but value for the price paid.

Good product
A great chair. Comfortable even when sitting all day. Massage function reasonable. Would have liked a heated chair in hindsight.

Don’t buy this chair
This looks great on paper but in reality it’s complete rubbish. The arm rests are weak, the foot rest will do doubt snap off soon but the main issue is comfort. No padding on the seat base making it very uncomfortable. The massage function is a gimmick. The motors are noisy and the cables make it impossible to move the chair very much at all without pulling a wire out. Horrible shiny plastic finish is the final touch. Just rubbish. Buy something else.

Cheap for a reason
It's like sitting on a bag of rocks, my poor bottom deserved better. The back is soft enough and reclines well. The massage feature is OK, but the wire is too short to be useful. Some of the machine screws it is supplied with won't tighten enough, making the arm rests very, very loose. On the plus side, I like the colour.

Easy peasy ✅
I’m disabled but with these easy peasy instructions this was built within 1 hour. Loved assembling as now I know how it works technically and how to potentially fix (if necessary).

Not the most comfortable chair I have ever had
Well, I have had this chair for 3 weeks now so I consider that is a fair time to write this review. Firstly, the chair is easy to assemble and looks good if slightly odd because of the 'towelling' covering, it just seems a strange covering for a chair - great if I have just got out of the shower and sit on it while wet but it does seem an odd choice of material. Next, the footrest... or should I say 'thighrest' because that is about as far as it reaches, you can bring your legs up then it becomes a footrest but apart from that it is next to useless and if anything feels like it will break off sooner rather than later. Finally we come to comfort - yes it does recline and that is great, BUT... the massage pads are slightly bulky so coupled with the very thin padding on the seat this is not great for comfort, the bulbous wedge at the bottom of the backrest also makes it less than comfortable as it protrudes into the seating area leaving you with less actual seating space. All in all, one of the worst chairs (for comfort) that I have ever bought. As an addendum I will add - durability! After 3 weeks this thing is already creaking, yes I know it was pretty cheap but I expect it to last a bit more than 3 weeks before it starts showing signs of wear. Final recommendation? Avoid! There are better chairs out there for the same price, the 'massagers' are just a gimmick, when you are not using them they are so bulky as to make the seat cushion very uncomfortable, a bit more padding on the seat would probably solve this, as it is I am going to either buy a more comfortable chair or invest in a cushion!!!
