Love this pan! It’s got a great weight to it and the colour is so charming!

These pans are the best! I have been a calphalon girl for decades so I think that is saying something. I had decided some time ago that I was going to get away from the normal teflon non stick by going ceramic. Took a long time to get there but here we are. What I have experienced is that these pans seriously are nonstick and easy to clean with a sponge. For me I like the way they heat up just a bit slower than the calphalon for more even cooking. They are actually diswasher safe which is new to me because I would have never had done that with my last set of pans. The kids did a couple times and ruined the finish on a couple of my calphalon. These look just as they did when I opened the box for the first time... Beautiful. I have always taken great care of my cookware and will continue with these...and run them thru the dishwasher...BONUS! I also ordered the 14" pan and it is the biggest fry pan I have ever had. LOVE THEM!!!

First the plus points: Well made/Very good non stick qualities/ Easy to clean/ Lightweight. And the not so good: I cooked several types of food, including bacon, sausages and diced chicken breast. Because ithe manufacturer does not recommend, the use of any oil or fats, and to avoid using high temperatues. I found it very difficult to cook anything evenly, without burning the parts of the food, which were in direct contact with the base of the pan. When I used the lid, it just extracted all the moisture/juices from the meat. The end result being, effectively boiling/poaching the food. The juices would eventually evaporate, bringing the strong chance of localised burning, as mentioned above. PS. If cooking with the lid on, the convected heat makes the lid handle very hot. Beware!!!

Have had this pan for couple months now and like everything about it. Hammered finish is very nice looking, clean-up is easy, no sticking issues at all, lightweight and appears very durable in the long term...

Bought these for Us and I used them and my Wife loves them. Very easy cleanup. Beautiful set. Goes nice with our white appliances. Light but durable. We use No metal tools. They can handle it. But we want them around for a long while. Made very well. No oils needed. Cook and put on your plates. Eggs come right out hardly use my spatula. Very nice. Recommend. We love the dimples.
