Flavor is pretty nice, a bit sweet, but not overpowering. The bottle is sturdy and comes filled to the tip-top, so be careful when opening. Sometimes the lid can be a little difficult to twist open for people with grip problems, but for the most part this brand of electrolyte drink is pretty easy to use and effectively provide a mild boost of wellness for folks prone to electrolyte imbalance or to replenish in instances of mild dehydration (after exercise, illness, etc.). We buy this brand in a variety of flavors, most of which are not zero calorie, but appreciate them just the same. I find this brand easier to open than the popular name brand item targeted for children. Also prefer it over the popular sports brand that starts with a "G" just because it doesn't have so much of that koolaide-y flavor.

I enjoy this drink and only add a splash to my unflavored water. I can not drink the whole bottle as it would cause me digestive issues. Would purchase again.

If you’re feeling really dehydrated, this product will boost you almost instantly it feels like. The taste has an aftertaste to it but other than that, works as it should.

By far my favorite electrolyte drink. No strongly salt taste even with the no sugar versions. Can't go wrong. A little but more expensive tha. Gatorade but way cheaper than other brands like liquid iv. A little less strong than liquid iv as far as hydration but worth the money in my opinion.

I like the taste and use it to replace electrolytes during g and after exercising.
