What a great little machine! We used this outside hooked up to a projector to show the lyrics on a sheet. Later picked it up and hooked it up to the Tv, very seamless. People had a great time adding songs to the queue from KaraFun but we also switched to YouTube to get a few niche selections. Sound was great, lighting was super fun as the sun went down, mics were plenty loud. I do wish the mics didn’t automatically shut off when you put them in the mic holders, but I also understand why they do. Had several people ask where I got this and for how much. Highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love karaoke. Believe me when I say I try every style of karaoke system I can get my hands on. I had specific criteria searching for this system. It needed to be a self-contained, battery powered system with wireless microphones, built in monitor, and great sound. It needed on-board and customizable microphone effects. It needed to have input connectivity including external drives, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and wired microphones or external audio sources like a laptop or tablet. It needed to have a great catalog of available karaoke tracks. It needed to be able to send audio to an external audio system and send video to an external TV or Monitor(if the built-in screen weren't big enough). This system ticks every one of those boxes. The built-in tablet runs a variety of apps including Karafun, and YouTube. By registering and logging into these apps, a huge selection of karaoke tracks become available. Within Karafun, you have quite a bit of control including changing the key +/-, setting the volume of the backing and lead singers, and setting the size of the lyrics panel. Search or browse tens of thousands of available songs, create custom tracks yourself, play music trivia games, etc. You can even get a prioritized, custom list of songs that match your vocal range.Overall, this system knocks it out of the park. Things that could be improved: there is a slight delay between singing and having your voice come out of the speakers. It's slight, but to me it was noticeable. Another point is keeping a charge. I charged the system fully, used it while plugged in, shut it down. A day later, I decided I should unplug it to avoid overcharging. A couple of weeks later, I found that the batteries in the system and microphones were drained. That was unexpected. Last item for consideration is that there doesn't seem to be a way to sing karaoke with tracks that you own on a hard drive. It's possible to play the music, but not play the entire CD+G, Zip, or MP4 karaoke track. Perhaps there is a workaround, but I haven't found it.But, this is a powerful sounding, all-in-one, battery powered karaoke system that ticks all the boxes. It's easy, intuitive and very fun. Of all the systems I've tried, this is the best yet!

For such a small size karaoke machine, this one packs a lot of sound. The bass is incredible. Top quality and easy to operate. My friends want to purchase one after they saw this karaoke machine in operation. Value for the money and microphone quality are superb.

Easy to setup and connect to the internet.Sound quality is good, though when singing it seems to add a very slight echo to your voice. This would easily be a five star review except for one small issue. In the Included Karafun app in the upper right corner of the touch screen there is a small symbol that is utilized to enlarge the lyrics to full screen. It is right on the edge of the display and too close to a fast forward symbol so it takes numerous tries to not only avoid fast forward but to get the lyrics to full screen. A software update could solve this issue and make app even more user friendly than it already is. Otherwise it's a great machine that is loaded with features that will keep everyone entertained for hours. The display screen is large and easy to read, the battery life is good and the build quality is excellent. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

My daughter won the IKARAO Break X1 speaker/karaoke machine at KWC for National Finals last year and truly loved it. Then she bought a compact version Shell S2 which proved to be such an asset!.As I sing professionally as well, I decided to try out the Break X2 which is a somewhat compact professional version. I have to say I am very impressed. The sound quality is excellent. The full-on karaoke system with lyrics displayed is awesome. The touch screen is easy to see and very good quality with Karafun, YouTube, and more. I love how portable it is and that I can literally fold it closed and walk around anywhere with it in-hand playing music while I sing. Or I can place it on my tripod stand. It comes with 2 wireless self charging mics, with several mic effects. It is just what I was looking for with professional sound, hook ups and all. This works for parties big and small.It connects to a big screen easily. I can take this anywhere to do shows, parties, and even weddings. I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Break X2. I recommend this for any singer or DJ who is tired of lugging around all that heavy PA equipment.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine! I bought this just in time for my birthday. I’ve had so much fun with it so far! The box it came in kept the equipment intact. Easy to setup out of the box, battery life is insane, Bluetooth connectivity is easy, the touchscreen is a very nice touch. Being able to adjust the mic sound is such a plus as well. I bought the one that comes with a stand, and that doesn’t disappoint either. Great quality and the value for what it’s worth is top notch.
