Good quality for not a lot of money
The quality of neck pillow is really good for the price. Both memory foam filling and the exterior cloth are comfortable. Looks good too. Useful for long bus journeys and international flights. However the mask has too much clamping force on eyes and I don't see myself using it. That being said, for 500, the neck pillow itself makes it worth it.

Soft like a baby hug.
Soft and cozy. Perfect for air travel. This is the best neck pillow and eye mask. Works wonderful with my insomnia.

Good in budget
It looks decent but I'm not getting a product with finishing which I could rely on future purchases. Some stitches are open and product is good for use but looks cheap because of small issues

Worst of the worst
I recently purchased the Trajectory Travel Neck Pillow 3 in 1 Combo with AdvancedX Orthopedic Memory Foam and also Eye Mask with Carry Bag, and I regret every second of it. First off, the pillow is incredibly uncomfortable. It claims to have "advanced orthopedic memory foam," but all I felt was stiff, poorly cushioned material that didn’t offer any support for my neck. It was far too flat to provide any real relief from neck pain. The eye mask is absolutely useless. It’s too flimsy and doesn’t block out light at all, which defeats the purpose of even including it. As for the carry bag, it’s just a cheap, flimsy pouch that doesn’t hold the pillow properly and makes it even harder to store. I found it a hassle to carry around. I’ve used travel pillows before, but this one takes the crown for being the most disappointing. It’s an absolute waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re dealing with cervical pain. Save yourself the frustration and invest in something that actually works. This product is nothing but a poorly designed gimmick.

Comfortness
Best neck rest i have ever purchased. It is so soft and memory foam looks perfect. You can relay your comfortable sleep on its coziness. And the best part is there eye mask..not so tight and very soft on the eyes..overall a worth purchase..it came with the bag which easy to carry along..i would recommend this to relieve your neck pain during bus and flight travel

Very comfortable to wear, economically priced
1. Ergonomically designed. 2. Very comfortable for the neck during travel. 3. Memory foam is soft and firm, not hard. 4. The seams of the stitching is well tailored. 5. Washable. While washing in machine, I put it in the net which is usually used for delicate clothes, undergarments etc. 5. Value for money. Recommend this product with 'Buy' rating.

Decent
The neck support cushion is comfortable, eye mask and the bad is very low quality, they gave me a shoe bag(very disopointed) that's why 4 starts.
