I have many tomatoes but the foliage is so dense the tomatoes aren't ripening?? Should I prune?

Yes, pruning your tomato plants encourages healthy growth! As your tomato plants age you may see some brown or yellow leaves. This is perfectly normal. Remove these leaves with scissors. MY tomato blossoms are falling off. Some tiny tomatoes have also fallen off?

you will see some falling off but if you are pollinating then you will have tomatoes.

what is the spacer? just empty pod?

Spacers cover the unused holes so light doesn't get into the tank and grow algea

Does this come with domes? I picked up the aerogarden at a yardsale with 1 Dill pod and nothing else so no domes were with it.

dome are not required with the new peat sponges. If you have the newer dill pod, then domes are not necessary but you could cut a tiny strip of SaranWrap and use it for same purpose.
