Poor quality control
The product was packaged well. However the seal was not sealed, the cap was loose so some product had leaked out. The product was wrapped very well in plastic wrap so the bottle was a mess but the liquid was contained within the wrapping

A complete garbage product.
This is a classic example of false advertising. SolarShield does not work as advertised. It will dull up the surface of your solar-panel but it will not buff out to a protective shine. The only way to remove the dull finish that solar shield creates on your solar panel is with rubbing compound.
