Does the job - perfect
This clicked into place absolutely perfectly and has enabled full washing function to resume. The bag states genuine part and it clicked into place without any movement or issue. Highly recommend. Got a pack of 3 as a previous replacement one purchased wasn’t as effective as this but looks like we only needed one 👌

A little bit fiddly to fit but the washing machine is working well again now. Definitely recommend.

Genuine product.
One of my washing machine paddles fell off during a washing cycle. thanks to a Utube video, I realised I could probably fix one on myself. The cost of the paddles (pack of 3 so I have 2 spares) was far less than being charged £119, which is a one off repair charge from the washing machine company. They are genuine Hotpoint products and it was so easy to replace. It only took a few minutes. Fantastic.

Arrived in good time. Well packaged. Easy to fit, I found a video on YouTube which was clear and simple. A five minute job. Still in place after multiple washes.
