I cannot live without this piercing pillow. It is firm but comfortable. It retains its shape very well, even after washing. I do wish they would design a more high quality pillowcase cover, even sold separately that is made of better material but regardless, this makes a world of difference for new piercings. The center hole is a perfect size to keep your ear safe. Great value for the money! It is small enough that it’s easy to take when you travel, which I appreciate. And if just like to mention that I have purchased a second one - for when the other is in the washer. Because it’s a high quality memory foam, it does take quite a while to dry.

I have a new conch, a daith, two forward helixes & one lobe piercing & I'm a side sleeper (and I’m crazy but I did them all at the same time so they could all heal at the same time). I didn’t want to go through multiple months of healing one piercing just to get another & do the same thing. A travel pillow was just hurting my neck. I tried two other “piercing pillows” and they were too flat (my ear would touch the pillow underneath) & the pillow opening for your ear was too small (my ear would touch the pillow) and it would hurt my ears. This pillow I swear by. The opening is larger so your ear fits in without it touching at all and it is more supportive. I bought the larger option & the hole for your ear is not directly in the middle, it’s a little offset so you can put your heard down like you would with a normal pillow & your ear with sit in the opening & your head doesn’t constantly feel like it’s going to roll off like with the smaller piercing pillows. I have already recommended this to two people with new cartilage piercings. I was pierced 1 1/2 months ago and I have no pain. I clean with saline twice a day & use this pillow religiously. The cost is a drop in a bucket compared to your sleep not being interrupted due to pain. I got the larger size & it does actually feel really cool to touch. I use a satin pillow case over it so I can wash that every week instead of actually having my face directly against the pillow & I still have room with the pillow case pushed down in the opening. It is 1,000% worth the money!!!

a good hole for my piercing and has made me be able to also sleep on my left side while my piercing is healing. The only thing I would change is that it still feels a bit hard after some use so maybe just a little more softness/being able to sink in. That is all kind of preferences for how people sleep though so lots of people may like the hardness :) the pillow does change hardness I learned based on if the area is cold or warm that it’s in, but I think just having the option of one or the other could be nice as sometimes you don’t really have the choice of making the environment you are sleeping in cold or warm.

As a side sleeper with a new daith piercing, this was an excellent purchase! The healing time can take up to one year and I am no longer forced to sleep on my back or my right side only for that long of a time! The thickness of the pillow and size of the hole are just right. Based on reviews of similar products, I read that many might say that it is too close or far to be comfortable, but the offset hole on this one makes it more customizable for different individuals. I like that you can also use it as a regular pillow too. I chose the larger size because I read reviews that it was more like a travel pillow which I know is not what I was looking for. The density may be slightly firm compared to my other pillows, but honestly I believe it is necessary to support my head while keeping the weight off of my piercing. Like most memory foam products, it does have a weird smell but I imagine it will go away over time. So far, no soreness or irritation on my ear! I am looking forward to hopefully a faster and smoother healing time and can’t wait to be able to change my jewelry!

It's perfect! I'm a side sleeper with ears that stick out. I've been having trouble getting the 5 cartilage piercings in each of ears reopened and finally had a pro piercer do it for me. That was not an insignificant investment, so I obviously want to make sure to do everything right and get them to heal correctly this time. This pillow is exactly what I've needed to keep from injuring them in my sleep. Completely worth the price. Oh, and if you're looking at this item for long-healing piercings (such as cartilage) or might get more in the future, definitely get the washable cover.

Best pillow ever! It is very comfortable and the hole keeps my ear safe. I will most likely keep using this pillow even after my ear piercing is healed

多少お値段するので買うのに迷いましたが、この枕を買って大正解でした！ とにかく耳が圧迫されなくてピアス開けたばかりでも痛くない！寝やすくて最高！ ピアスを開けて痛みで寝返りが打てない人や横向いて寝る人は絶対買った方が良いですよ！ 首が短い人は穴の位置が耳と合わない(特に耳たぶ側が当たりやすい)かもしれないから要注意です！

This works well to prevent me laying on my piercings, but don't wear clawsets, it catches on the fabric of the pillow. If your piercings are smooth you'll be fine

This product is really exactly what you see advertised, it serves its purpose. I bought it to help heal new piercings, and now I can lie on my left side without worrying about pain and disfiguring my piercings. It’s soft memory foam, expands after removing from the package (takes about 20 minutes), and is very comfortable.

Excelente almohada para cuidar tus piercings, al principio es un poco incómoda pero te acostumbras a usarla además es mucho mejor que usar una de esas almohadas para el cuello.

Got this for my ear piercing that did not like the fact it was being slept on. After using this for a couple weeks the piercing bump is almost gone. The memory foam is amazing and it's a great pillow. If I had one complaint I just wish it was normal pillow size.
