Good tablets, I’ve used them for about a year now and they’re great for managing stress and having long, nice sleep. As someone with sensitive stomach, these haven’t caused any flare ups which is always an upside

I like these but I keep forgetting to take them, they are very good though.

Low dose. It’s advertised as 500mg, but this total magnesium. Elemental magnesium is only 70mg per capsule. You will need at least 4 capsules per day to get approx. 74% of RDA. The recommended dose on the bottle is two capsules, way too low for me. I only bought this as my usual brand was out of stock, won’t buy it again. Seems good quality but not very economical.
