Sharp looking, practical and sturdy. We love how this looks in our toddler's room and it does a good job of keeping the stink inside. We do need to invest in the scent inserts as it can really reek when opened and it has a few bad diapers inside, but it's easy to use, well made, looks great and has been a really nice addition to our life as parents.Would highly recommend as a great value, fitting nicely in any slim space between or next to your furniture.Excellent value - would buy again without hesitation.

Absolutely love this! When it comes to buying baby items, there are sooo many options for things and it can get so overwhelming. But this has proved to be worth how much it costs. It is so easy to function with the step to open and release to close. The trash bags it comes with have lasted us a lot longer than I initially expected they would. My daughter just turned 5 1/2 months and we just barely ran out of one of the trash bags that it comes with. And we are changing diapers left and right! Another plus being that it is stainless steel and does not absorb the smell of the diapers like plastic does. Highly recommend!

I'm using it for bagged up dog droppings to replace a metal container with a tight fitting lid that could be smelled from the yard. Although I was skeptical, this Diaper Genie really works. It is very neat and seals in odors pretty completely. I had a little trouble figuring out how to install the bags around the top, but reading the directions fixed that. I am very happy with it and it's made an unpleasant chore less so.

The media could not be loaded. People told me not to buy it, that it wasn’t worth the money. After having it for 6 months, I will now tell everyone that they need to get it! It keeps the smell contained when the lid is shut! I like how slim and tall it is, you can see in the video that it fits perfectly next to his changing table. I also LOVE the foot pedal, when you have a squirming baby and possibly poop on you hands it is so nice to just push it open with your foot and throw the dirty diaper away. I also splurged on the little odor absorbers and like I said before you can’t smell anything!

I bought the diaper genie Platinum for the arrival of my little one. It functions great, keeps the odor away, does it's job well. It'll be a great gift for a newborn parents.One major problem is the storage seems to be very less. For a newborn, the pail was full within 5 days. Advertisement is very misleading, which says can hold 846 newborn diapers for 18 bags comes with the set. Which comes down to 47 diapers per bag and my new born never used 47 diapers in 5 days, it was 36 to be exact. The pail was already full and the lid wasn't closing and leaking odors.Another problem is that the packaging could be more efficient, one side of the pail was bent a little during transit.
