Beautiful and easy to install. Took my first bath in the beauty and the design is sooooo comfortable. The tub is sturdy but so light weight when installing. The directions are clear and easy to follow. If I had to make one complaint it would be that I am unable to lay flat in the tub. I get migraines and sometimes want to lay flat with just my nose and mouth sticking out of the water. I had to squish up a bit to make that happen but all in all it is amazing. I plan on purchasing again for our second bathroom.

I replaced a cast iron claw foot tub with this freestanding tub. Its less than 100lbs, so it was easy to manage installation. The tub strength is good and the finish is excellent. The installation information is a little vague, but a few online videos will tell you all you need to know.

The tub arrived very well packaged and surprisingly sturdy and well made. I wasn’t sure if I had space for a tub but luckily I decided to see if I could find one small enough to fit the space but roomy enough for a comfortable soak. I am 5’6 if that helps give you a reference for height. The design somehow maximizes the depth so even my 5’11 spouse could take a bath if he wanted. He doesn’t like to take them but did try it out of curiosity. If you’re on the fence about this tub, go for it, its modern shape is appealing in any decor style you prefer.

Of all the items I needed for my bathroom remodel this was by far the easiest to order. It came in three days. Delivery was a breeze.Look and feel: 5/5. I was worried that the acrylic would feel cheap. It does not. I haven’t had significant cleaning experience to speak of yet, but it looks great.Installation: 5/5. Contractor installed with no issues and praised the flexible drain tube. It did require some adhering to the floor so it doesn’t move.Size: 5/5 I am 5’3 and I have plenty of room to recline without even touching the end. I was worried it would be too small but read the reviews and was glad I chose the 59 inch and didn’t go bigger. It’s perfect for me and the space.

Was a bit hesitant to buy a tub through Amazon, but arrived well packaged and my contractor had no problem with the install in a bathroom renovation. Tub is as described and seems to be good quality. Nice and solid.

revised: the seller reached out after i left a 1 star review and offered a full refund. very grateful because this was a real bummer and caused a ton of wasted time and money trying to get it fixed up. i would give 5 stars but think they need a better testing process to avoid the problem in the first place. i will report back if i dont see the refund.after messing with it 20 times to figure out why the plumbing is leaking, we finally realized the fiberglass was weeping! what a piece of junk, and of course, due to some construction delays, we didnt find out until we missed the return window by a few days. DO NOT BUY

We purchased this free-standing tub GS329R-59". It was delivered on March 30th and the packaging was damaged so much we could not save the box. The product was undamaged though.We were finally able to have our plumber install the tub on April 22nd. They discovered a leak at the drain hole and did an inspection. There is a large lump of the adhesive that is preventing a watertight seal.The plumber attempted to seal the connection with silicone caulk and let it set for 24 hours. Yesterday, the plumber installed the tub again and the leak happened at the same place.The manufacturing of this tub is defective. Attempted to call the Customer service numbers listed in the packet. the first number goes to a generic voicemail box and the second number says the voicemail box has not been set up.

Tub arrived on time and was delivered by 2 men who carefully placed it on my porch. After unpacking and inspection thebathtub is perfect, no cracks or scrapes. We couldn't be happier!
