Purchased this as a replacement for my 96-year-old father. He needed a new phone following the switch off of 3G. He's had a Doro phone for many years now. Being 96, he struggles with all kinds of technology but can use this phone perfectly. The numbers are large, screen clear and easily make and receive calls, which is all he needs it for. Sound quality isn't the best, but he's hard of hearing and understands me when I call - for the price, you really can't grumble. The phone has good functionality but many of these he will never use.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This is the 2nd phone I’ve purchased as unfortunately the one I had purchased a few months ago (the exact same one) got damaged. Should had to replace it.Great phone, simple to use, what more could you want.

I found this phone easy to set up and use. I would recommend it for old non tech folk like me!

Perfect pocket phone, large buttons and clear screen, attractive and easy to use.This is my second Doro and while good value for money the battery seems to have a shorter standby life.

Slightly more difficult to use than the model it replaces A couple of other steps to get to messages etc
