Surprisingly good anti anxiety tablets, doesn't have any particularly strong taste (which is nice) easy to use/swallow as they're nice and small and smooth coated.Works within about half an hour at significantly reducing anxiety and stress, and (at least for me) works better than some pharmaceutical products.For what they provide I think they're good value for money, will be buying them again once they run out, though (thankfully) I don't need to use them too much.Definitely will be buying again

Used these daily during a particularly stressful experience that lasted a few weeks. Not sure if placebo or not but I definitely felt less anxious and symptoms were reduced (clamminess). They’re small so found them easy to swallow with and without a drink.

Got these to try and help with my anxiety wasint expecting much but to my surprise they actually did seem to settle my mind a little bit I have BPD and PTSD so I knew it wasint going to make a huge differenceWould definitely reccomend for people with milder anxiety but for me probally just not the right choiceStill a great product though and for the price you might as well give it a try

These actually work! Been having a bit of a rough time recently, and Kalms were suggested. Was a bit skeptical at first, but I was surprised to find they do what they claim! I find they work quite quickly too.
