Conair Lighted Makeup Mirror, Double-Sided LED Vanity Mirror with 1X/10X Magnification, 3 Light Settings, 3 Modes, 360° Rotation, Satin Nickel Finish

I previously ordered a rechargeable mirror that was a complete fail. This mirror is awesome! Corded so it never loses power, multiple brightness and light control.

Have not had good luck with usb type mirrors so decided to go back to the wired type even though they are 2 to 3 times more expensive! Why is that anyway? Have owned many Conair products and one very similar to this previously. The only thing I didn’t like was that the light does eventually burn out. No problem though because Amazon carries replacement bulbs. Anyway, this mirror is pretty much perfect. It is super bright on its brightest setting and also has three warmth settings, if you like that feature. The magnification side is great. I can even see to pluck those wild eyebrow hairs. The mirror is nice and big. Can see all of my face easily and it’s the perfect height on a counter or vanity. Can even see just fine to dry and style hair. The only odd thing I’ve found is that on its brightest/highest setting, you can hear a tiny motor whining. I’m guessing this is a micro fan that comes on to keep light from overheating, although, I’m not sure. I just turned it down one setting and the noise stops. So if something like that would bug you, it’s just something to be aware of. Otherwise, I’m sure I’ll get many hours of use out of this mirror. No more usb lights for me.

This Conair makeup mirror is perfect! It is sturdy and well made! The 2 sided mirror provides the magnification you need! It is also lightweight and narrow to take on the go for traveling! My previous Conair makeup mirror was heavier and much wider but this one is perfect!!

After thoroughly researching several different brands of Makeup Mirrors, I decided to purchase another Corded Con Air Makeup Mirror. Several years ago, I purchased a Corded Con Air Makeup Mirror from Bed Bath and Beyond which needed to be replaced due to a frayed wire. It had three light settings a soft white hue for daytime, a soft pink hue for evening and a bright white hue for close up use. The attached corded wire plugged directly into an outlet. The mirror was much larger and more substantial. The new Makeup Mirror also has three light settings but by using LED lights all three settings are bight and artificial looking. There is no soft white hue for daytime or soft pink hue for evening. The cord is rechargeable and needs to be charged often therefore, forget recharging I just plug it into the outlet when I use it. The entire mirror is smaller and much lighter weight. I didn't return it because all of the makeup mirrors, I reviewed ran on batteries or had rechargeable cords and came with only one or two LED light settings. This was the closest I could get to my old mirror and it's far from perfect. New and improved is not always better.

My previous lighted mirror went out and replacement bulbs no longer available. Love all the new LED cool burning lights and pleased to find this mirror. I don’t usually order the open box items but this was offered at a significant savings with absolutely no defects. Well packaged with a thank you sticker for going green from Amazon. Most lighted mirrors seem to be battery operated now and are of no interest to me. The electrical cord vs battery replacements is worth it to me. My husband uses the magnifying side while shaving and I like the regular side.

I got this Conair Lighted Makeup Mirror as a thoughtful gift for my wife, thinking, “She’ll love having better lighting for makeup.” What I didn’t realize was that I was handing her a 10X magnification portal of power that would forever change her grooming routine—and possibly our marriage. She flipped to the regular side and said, “Ooooh, nice.” She flipped to the 10X side and said, “WHAT. IS. THAT.” Then she proceeded to inspect her face like a NASA engineer examining the surface of Mars. Why she loves it: Lighting: Three light settings mean she can go from “soft brunch glow” to “interrogation room spotlight” with the tap of a button. Perfect for makeup, tweezing, or just staring deeply into her soul. Magnification: That 10X zoom is no joke. She found pores that didn’t even know they existed. I think she scared one into closing forever. Bonus: She hasn’t missed a single eyebrow hair since. 360° Rotation: She can angle it to exactly where she needs it, and I can avoid being blinded when I walk into the bathroom at 6 AM. Looks great: The satin nickel finish makes our bathroom look way fancier than it actually is. Like, hotel fancy. Like “do I need a robe for this mirror?” fancy. Final Thoughts: My wife absolutely loves this mirror. She uses it every single day, and I get serious husband points every time she says, “Ugh I love this mirror.” And yes, the 10X side has now caught stray eyebrow hairs, mascara smudges, and possibly a glimpse of a wrinkle trying to form. Would I buy it again? Yes. Am I afraid of what it will show next? Also yes. But if your wife wants to see it all—this is the mirror. Mission: Accomplished, Husband Level: Expert.

I cannot believe the poor quality of this mirror versus the price tag. First, it was clear that this particular mirror had been used and returned on more than one occasion. You could tell it did not have it's original packing. There were fingerprints on the mirror and scratches on the brushed nickel. when I touched the mirror itself, there was movement, where it actually depressed. The magnified side was completely distorted making it nearly impossible to see what you're doing especially if your vision is no longer 20/20. My previous Conair makeup mirror stopped working after 14 years. It's unfortunate they sell complete garbage now. I submitted for a return.

This mirror is amazing. Versatile lighting. Great magnification. Nice height sitting on my bathroom counter top.

GOOD PRODUCT

I bought this mirror to replace the one I’d bought from Costco years ago and this one is Fantastic! The magnification is perfect to apply makeup and see my skin up close. The multi brightness of the light is the Best and being corded means the light never dulls. I absolutely LOVE this mirror and highly recommend it. The only thing you need to buy is an adapter to allow the American plug to go into our Australian power point.
