A cute deck that is in good quality. It's simple and easy to use. It has greetings, family, introductions, etc. All beginner topics. It even has a QR code where it takes you to their website that has the cards' pronunciation, so you don't have to worry about mispronouncing words. It's small and convenient to take anywhere.

Good cards , wish there was a little more basic phrases or words. If you ask sine of these questions , you probably would have to understand Japanese to have these conversations.

I am sure this product is great if you have some basic understanding of the Japanese langauge. My family does not and were planning a trip to Japan. These were not very helpful-although could be user error :) They are very cute to look at and that is really all we did. We left them on our coffee table for months, attempting to learn some phrases. We were not successful.
