Fit well, great selection of light color options, easy to install

Love these! They took the place of my can lights that were letting bugs in from the attic when the temperatures would get extreme. Now they can’t get in my house through the attic! I had a handy man install them because I added a dimmer switch, but he said they were easy to install. The brightest setting is really bright! Before we added the dimmer, we had the setting on the softer setting but I guess the setting you choose depends on the location they are installed and your preference. The dimmer switch we bought at a big box store.

These lights look nice once installed and the brightness is solid, but the quality just isn’t there. The plastic feels flimsy and I was worried it might crack while pushing it into the ceiling. Taking it out is a pain too compared to sturdier steel recessed lights. It’s fine for the price but you can definitely feel the difference.

These lights are super bright and the warmth options are very useful. I’ve installed 24 of these and the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is 1 out of the 24 doesn’t work. Still happy with the product overall and would purchase more.

All works great. Love the ability to change the color tint. Installed very easily. Found it to be easier to install the spring clamps sideways into the light slot than install straight down Also installed dimmer switches in two rooms

I’ve been in my house for five years and a couple of my recessed lights have started to fail. I bought this 12 pack to get ahead of that and quickly installed them. Install was very easy as was the color selection. Overall, these are a great value and will be good to keep around as more burnout over time. In fact, I might proactively start replacing bathroom and closet lights to get away from the 2700K that the builder included by default.

Worked out really nice. These are lightweight so they held really tightly to the ceiling. Reading other reviews, the clips that hold the springs are indeed plastic and can break if you pull on them. The trick is to be careful when squeezing the spring without putting stress on the clips The springs are hefty, which helps hold the lights to the ceiling, but it can make squeezing them a little hard. I did 6 with no problem. Weird issue is that this type of lights has become a commodity. I have six in a kitchen that was remodeled about 4 years ago. I had two spares, ( they came in boxes of four ) but I also had two failures. Even the same manufactures replacement lights are now slightly different. It was just easier to by a twelve pack and replace all six, and have six matching replacements. Changing them all took minutes. It does not seem anyone makes a more expensive, more rugged set. This set should last me for years but the issue is now there is more trash in the landfills. When the fixtures cost under six dollars its hard to expect 10 year lifespans.
