These grates are pretty much exact replacements for my grill. The left and right side butt right up against each other with no excess gap like some other replacement grates I’ve tried. The circular center grate is the same as the original and fits snuggly in the center grooves between the left and right grates. The texture of the grill grate is more like that of a seasoned cast iron skillet, matte and slightly rough and textured. Excellent replacement.

These are really heavy duty and should perform well. I ordered these to make my own grill so I can't say how they fit the Genesis. I can say they are made well and are heavy, which is a good thing for me. I hope this helps.☑️
