Speakers sound amazing. The tiny bolts included for mounting are garbage. Nuts would not thread onto the bolt without an impact driver. Luckily I am a nut and bolt hoarder so I was able to use the ones I had.

I needed new 6x9s for the rear deck of my 78 Chevrolet Malibu. There are flush mounted below the deck and retained with wire rods. After looking at all of the readily available speakers I found these Alpines. They fit exactly when using the Metra 72-4500 harness adapters. They sound awesome and are 4 ohm making them better suited for my aftermarket head unit than the original 10 ohm speakers. I would highly recommend these. I should also mention they took 10 minutes to install.
