I’ve been using these magnesium capsules for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my muscle cramps and overall relaxation. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like some other brands. I also feel like my sleep quality has improved. Great supplement if you want to support your muscles and calm your nerves naturally!

These are great for mitigating the leg cramps I used to frequently get at night. I take 2 before going to bed. No more leg cramps!

It seems like a good product. I take it for preventing leg cramps at night and since I’ve been taking the supplements, I haven’t experienced any nightly cramping

I use other Qunol products and decided to give these a try but have not noticed much of a difference in my sleep pattern but the quality of sleep seems to have improved. I am retired military and spent many years as a shift worker so, having an interrupted sleeping pattern is sort of normal for me but, being able to sleep soundly is an improvement. Maybe with time, things will gradually improve and I will sleep more than a few hours at a time.

I have ordered these severel times because they word, they help me sleep and relax me, and I can tell the difference fro, other brands i have tried because they were cheaper' Cheaper is not always better, but I do believe they are worth the money
