Great family Christmas gift!
This is the perfect gift to give families to be able to paint together and then enjoy some hot cocoa together!

Only upside is the mugs themselves are nice
If you are wanting to paint your own mug & have it as a keepsake, DO NOT BUY THIS. The mugs are already glazed when you get them, so the paint cracks/chips/rubs/washes right off, even after following the instructions & baking in the oven. One mug was broken at the bottom (although that may be more of a shipping issue). Redeeming qualities: the mugs themselves are very nice. High quality & nice shape. The paint sets are nice, as are the included brushes. You get 4 sets of paint & 4 sets of brushes. But again, if you're looking to buy this to personalize your own mug that you can WASH & USE afterwards, then this is a no-go.

Simple, great customer service response
Great gift my son made for people. 2 arrived broken unfortunately but customer service was quick to respond and help out!

Paint will not stay on mugs. Don't waste your money on this kit!
The mugs were great, but even after following the directions (which I had to find here on the listing because the kit does not actually come with instructions) to the T, the paint still washed off VERY easily. Ok, so maybe I need to make it a bit hotter? Nope, turned the paint an ugly brown, still washed right off with a wash cloth and mild soap. Ok, maybe the directed temperature, but for longer? Again, nope. There was nothing I could do to get this paint to stay on the mugs. I ended up buying Pebeo brand paint that actually worked and stayed on. The paint in this kit is just cheap, washable, kids' acrylic paint. I would not buy again.

Paint is dry!!!!
The mugs were in good condition but all the paint was completely dry. I had to use some acrylic paint I had (luckily i had some already)

Paint to dry to use
All 4 paint containers were completely dry and unusable. I purchased as a gift and unfortunately it was opened 2 days after the return window closed. Do not buy.

Not great
Everything is cute but the paint basically just drys in the over it washes right off after still and is the opposite of permanent.

The paint didn’t last even after it was baked in the oven pretty disappointing
