Had a friend let me try this flavor and it is very good. I really like a competitor (Re-lyte) but I know BPN is a good company and since I tried it once before I figured I would give it a try.It isn’t overly salty. I like salty electrolytes but my wife and many others do not. This is much sweeter than others so I would suggest more water than less.Value seems good compared to BPNs website and comparable electrolyte mixes.It seems to work well for keeping me energized and going on long runs and overall feel good after having it on a hot day!

These are the best. They are super clean and very tastey. They have significantly boosted my hydration and recovery after lifts/long runs. It mixes super well too with water. I have even mixed it with carbonated water and it was delicious. It is also a good value for high quality electrolytes with a great flavor and little to no sugars.

Taste is amazing, keeps my energy levels up & it dissolves easily! I could easily drink this twice a day and still want more. We’ve tried Strawberry & mango - both are delicious! We will probably be ordering this monthly. The price isn’t too bad if you value health & have a hard time keeping hydrated!
