This is a excellent cabbage shredder. You can probably use it for lettuce and other veggies. It is very sharp and works quickly. The larger handle allows for a good grip. This is perfect for making cole slaw. I highly recommend this cabbage shredder.

This is a very good cabbage shredder. It shreds cabbage quicker than I can with a knife. The handle is comfortable to hold and the shredder is very sharp. There are some cons though. Once you shred down the cabbage and there’s not much left to hold onto you can accidentally shred your own hand because the shredder part is wide and very sharp. Maybe it doesn’t need to be as wide as it is. Also, once the cabbage gets shredded to a small piece, you can’t use the shredder to cut it anymore because it won’t be safe. This could lead to wasting the cabbage. You can cut the rest with a knife or some people may not want to bother getting out a knife and just throw it away which would be wasteful. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because although it has cons, it’s still worth the money.

Such an amazing tool if you want to incorporate more cabbage into your diet. It makes quick work, peels and glides easily through the head of cabbage and leaving you with a ton of super-fine tendrils of slaw. It’s a great size, fits comfortable in your hand, and seems to hold up well to frequent use with no cracks or bends. I even bought one for my dad, who is a lifelong cabbage devotee. He initially tried to GIVE IT BACK TO ME (rude!) because he insisted that he likes his extra thin and didn’t want another unitasker. So I made him Japanese-style addicting cabbage slaw as a side with dinner one night, and he was instantly obsessed. He made me shave down more after dinner so he could see how to position it, and has already used it a few times over the week since (again, cabbage-obsessed). I used to kind of dread making slaw due to the annoyance of cutting everything down super fine and even, so I avoided it most of the time. Buy now it’s my laziest and most brainless base for a meal. Love this for me, my guts are so happy. Bonus Addicting Cabbage Recipe: Shave down like half a head of green cabbage. Sprinkle a little salt, sugar, chicken powder, sesame oil, and white pepper on top and mix very well to make the best dish ever. Maybe add some toasted sesame seeds on top. That’s it. That’s the recipe. Just don’t let it sit too long before serving because it softens quickly.

Love this cabbage peeler, was inspired by all the youtube and tiktok videos going on about healthy cabbage recipes and had initially tried to cut my cabbage by myself really thinly but it did not give me the effect that I wanted. Using this peeler was really fast and efficient and made the cabbage really thinly shredded, giving the cabbage a really refreshing twist. I am normally one who is afraid of getting hurt but shredders but this is really safe and the design of the handle makes it comfortable to hold. It is extrememly easy to clean as well. Highly recommend!

Great at shredding cabbage so evenly and so quickly!! The blades are very sharp so be careful with where you place your fingers when holding the cabbage. It’s also easy to clean with a rinse under the tap.
