A Great source and great value of Omega 3s. If you research NIH studies comparing the source of Omega 3 oils - you’ll find recent studies fins important distinctions between fish oils and cold pressed flax seed oil. Both being supportive in balancing our intake of Omega 6 oils that are so common in our diets - but that flaxseed oils may have an advantage in doing so while also supporting a higher (good) HDL-C levels at the same time as compared with fish oil derived Omega 3 oils.

I take flaxseed oil to get my Omega 3s and this is a well packaged, tasteless version of that. The gelcaps are easy to swallow.

Convenient way to take flaxseed oil without the nasty taste.

I can NOT take cholesterol meds as they ALL have damaged my legs with terrible pains so I am taking this instead. I will find out with the next bloodwork how well it has worked for me. Just a Note - do not getfooled into believing that everyone's cholesterol levels need to be below 100 -- that is insane as we all naturally have different levels as we have differing bodies! Big Pharma likes to SELL drugs so they can make more money but the side effects of all of them are very REAL. Be cautious & listen to your body!
