Hario V60 Ceramic Pour Over Coffee Set, Size 02, White

I had read that pour over drip coffee is the healthiest brewing method as it filters out the oils that can cause higher LDL cholesterol levels. I chose this kit as it was priced well and included the filters. Durability was as issue for some but I found the ceramic dripper to be thick and sturdy. Works well for my husband and I. And the coffee taste is EXCELLENT! I use a strong roast, course grind, which I grind at the grocery store. It’s new for me so I will yet experiment with drip grind and medium roast. I’m also going to experiment with metal funnel as well as the paper ones.

I just started learning how to do. Pour overs. Definitely a game changer for a smoother enjoyable cup of coffee! This is a great starter kit, which has everything you need. And is a very good product that I will be using for years to come!

I really like the filters and carafe. Cheaper filters clog and don't let the coffee flow, making it burst or over-brew. These filters are not cheap and allow for great flow rate. The carafe (glass server) is very useful for making more than 1 cup (e.g. Making 2 8oz cups for 2 people) Be aware that this is a good setup for brewing 600ml / 18fl oz and not much more. If you want 4 8pz cups, get a bigger size

So far its been great! Heavy construction, and the carafe is a great size. I'm just learning to nuances of pour over coffee, but this was an excellent place to start. I chose it based on other reviews, and I'm glad I did.

I can't explain how much I love this. Coming from a Nespresso machine to this, and I am so much happier. The taste, and simplicity are top notch. Plus the act of brewing with this is very peaceful. Highly recommend.

2 things. 1 is this is a great pour over set up. Ease of use and reliable good coffee. 2 is this is a bit smaller than I imagined (not a bad thing). To put into perspective this thing brews about 500 ml which is about a 16oz mug of coffee. I have fully replaced coffee pods with this thing and the coffee is so much better.

I love this for a cup of coffee or two. No grounds in the coffee like a French Roast coffee maker

Ürünü sanırım 3 yıldır kullanıyorum. Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum ama çok severek kullandığım bir demleme ekipmanı. İlk olarak Aeropress Go ile başladım nitelikli kahve serüverine. Bunu aldıktan sonra neredeyse hiç kullanmadım diğerini. Kahvenin tadı çok daha temiz ve net kesinlikle. Sadece kahvenin en lezzetli halini bunla keşfettim. Rengi de aeropress'e göre berrak oluyor. Bununla birlikte sanırım orta seviye sayılabilecek timemore nano öğütücüyü ve kettle olarakta kuğu boyunlu, kendinden termometreli bir ürün seçtim. Haftasonu tatillerimde sabah müzik dinleyerek kahve demlemek nedense bana aşırı keyifli geliyor :) basit şeylerle mutlu olmak ne güzel...

Caffè fantastico. Il set arriva completo con caraffa in vetro, tazza-imbuto in ceramica, l' apposito misurino e una buona quantità di filtri. Ceramica e vetro sono molto eleganti e piacevoli al tatto. Il manico di plastica della brocca consente di non scottarsi. Bellissima anche la confezione di cartone, perfetta anche per un regalo. Questa è una misura 1 e può contenere fino a 300 ml di caffè. Serve, ovviamente, un caffè macinato grosso, come quello per il caffè all'americana. L' avevo presa come sfizio, ma ha sostituito egregiamente la moka. Per un risultato ottimale conviene inserire il filtro e versare acqua bollente, in modo da ammorbidire e pulire la carta e scaldare il tutto. Poi il caffè, un poco di acqua bollente al centro e dopo una trentina di secondi il resto, con movimenti circolari. In tre minuti è pronto.

A decent price for a set of coffee dripper made in Japan. The ceramic dripper and glass coffee pot are beautiful and in great quality. I love this set very much!!

Excelente calidad y funcionamiento. El dripper está elaborado en cerámica de alta calidad y muy resistente, la jarra es de vidrio e incluye todos los aditamentos necesarios para comenzar a disfrutar de un delicioso café. En cuanto, al tamaño corresponde a el modelo 01, es decir: pequeño, realmente para uso personal y preparar de una a dos tasas. Aunque la flexibilidad del v60, te permite prepararlo directamente sobre la tasa. Incluye un paquete de filtros cafés de excelente calidad mucho mejores que los delicados y corrientes blancos. A lo largo de muchos años, explorando y preparando muchos métodos en máquina y manuales he desarrollado una preferencia por el café que requiere de una preparación artesanal. Eso es justamente lo que el V60 ofrece, a diferencia de un press francés en el que el sabor guarda todos los aceites naturales y el sabor más puro del café. El v60 ofrece un café limpio para transmitir las mejores notas del café a tu paladar con un mínimo de acidez. A mi gusto mucho mejor que un Chemex, que, además de tener un sabor más cargado pero sin los aceites esenciales del café, no te transmite las notas y el delicioso sabor de un V60. Este método es para disfrutarla. Un último comentario, las personas que reportan que el flujo de agua corre demasiado rápido es por que no están tomando en cuenta que la velocidad y el flujo de agua la controla el barista, es decir quien lo prepara. Una forma muy efectiva para lograr un flujo correcto es conseguir una tetera de cuello de cisne o muy delgado para tener un mayor control en el riego de agua. El cuanto al sabor, existen distintos métodos para el V69 para preparar distintos tipos de café que varían en intensidad y cuerpo. Pueden revisarlos en Youtube o buscarlos en la red sin problemas. Al final la diferencia está en la mano de quien lo prepara. Espero que se animen. Vale la pena al 100. Llegó antes de lo esperado.
