Great supplement...everyone should be taking this supplement if they are feeling extremely tired or wary...or losing hair and skin. I started taking it ...and started seeing the effects of it within a week and a half. My energy level went up and I am seeing improvement in my skin.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now, and I am not seeing many if any changes in hair/skin/nails. I can confirm however, that it gives you rather noticeable gas. Carpet bombing, duck walking, sneaker squeaker gas. The kind that makes your husband angry. Because you are constantly passing gas in every situation and place. Hot box anyone? I’ll use it a few more weeks and hope it improves, in the mean time I might be able to power my house with my own methane. :S
