I haven't had a chance to use it yet been to busy. I brought 2 if these 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter. Its seems pretty good except the little hand is made of plastic. And it doesn't work to save your life. Better hope the jack doesn't die while your car is on it. Because you won't be able to get it down. I'll post another review once I've tested both of them on my wife's highlander and my daughter's accord. I do believe that handle should have been metal oh well. Here is my update I have had a chance to use both jacks and they work awesome! It's was easy for my wife and daughter to set up and use. They both enjoy the product and it gives me piece of mind knowing that they have a great product that ie easy to use. Th seller's customer service is excellent their were will to give me a discount because of the handle thing. Which is great but unnecessary we love the product. I'm sure glad I purchased it for my wife and daughter. And I just want give SYDZSW a big MAHALO for reaching out to me and doing their best to resolve my issue 😀

Wow! What a great product! I've been working on my own cars since I learned to drive. At 70 years old, dragging a heavy jack to the car and struggling with a lug wrench to remove stubborn lug nuts has lost its appeal. When I saw this product I doubted it had the power to do what I needed. I couldn't have been more wrong! Stubborn lug nuts are no challenge for it and once you find a suitable location to set the jack just a touch of the button and it doesn the heavy lifting without worry of being under the car. It's well made, easy to use, small enough to carry on trips and a bargain for the money.

Even though it leaks down, I still like every thing about this jack. It lifted my 29ft class C motorhome rear duals. I would always carry a back-up, never counting of the battery to be good. I lifted the MH 3 times and the battery went down 1 light on the battery level. Battery recharged in 15 min. The impact wrench removed the lug nuts off my Ram PU without a problem.

1st use it snapped. Thankfully my bf was not under the car when it broke. Definitely would not risk. Too late to send it back due to past the 30 days but since it poses a possible safety issue I recommend you keep looking. This could've have been a deadly accident.

Seriously, the buckling I can maybe understand because I inserted the jack underneath the front-center jack point along my vehicle's median line (basically between the wheels, I wanted to lift the front half of my gen 4 Prius onto some jack stands to install a cat shield), and though the street was fairly level the orientation I inserted the jack in would have meant that any force the car was exerting if it was leaning to either its left or right would have meant that stress would have been borne by the gear teeth in the scissor jack itself, I should have rotated the jack 90-degrees (like it shows in the product pictures) before attempting to lift part of my vehicle with it and it would have been more stable. But why... why did the jack AND included impact wrench both burn through all three spare fuses in two days? Seriously, I would like to know. I feel like it could be that the product QC is just not good when it comes out of the factory, but it could also just as easily be me having done something dumb when I hooked up each tool to run off of my car's battery. Would really just like to know more than anything. Anyways, there should be a more clear warning on this jack (and others like it) that depending on how you orient it, it will NOT support up to its full rated weight, but could buckle WELL under it.

I bought this set knowing that I could return it however it has surprised me! I wasn't sure if it could actually lift my car or SUV, I didn't think the impact wrench would be strong enough but I was wrong. This is great to have for emergencies and for when I was changing my breaks and rotors. I'm definitely keeping it, it does everything it needs to do!

Wouldn’t buy again. The air pump was not working it came broken.

Keep it in your trunk and if you have a flat tire or you change your vehicle from summer to winter tires this kit will speed up the process. The air pump works great on bike tire repairs as well.

This is a good product too, but The most important thing is for Amazon to make sure that all the vendors should stop misleading informations on their product. This is causing a lot of stress and waste of time and money to customers like me.

To begin with, plug it in, stick it under the car at the jack point, press the button. Yes! More of that please. The impact wrench blew all three fuses on three lugs. Not good. Right in the manuel it tells you not to use a higher amp fuse or change anything with that so, while I like the Impact wrench and it loosened the lugs, it's a fail. I ran it right from the battery with the handy adapter, but the cord is a bit too short. I happen to have an extension so it's not an issue for me, but may be for you if you have rear wheels. The directions made Godzilla have a stroke. He died. But if you can figure out what I am say, you can get the idea from the instructions. Now about this case. Mine had a few extra things. What seems to be a seatbelt cutter/ window breaker. Nice, sort of a bonus. Then there is this wedge thing with a bubble level in it. It doesn't really fit anywhere in the case, mine was just loose. But it seemed helpful in chocking the wheel while I removed the lugs. So okay, that helps. Final analysis: It's a good kit that in the right hands can make work easier when you're on the side of the road. Keep a lug wrench along with it or sort out the amperage issue yourself if you know how. Worth the money and just to have it stowed in the car give peace of mind. Any capable person could operate this and extract themself from a tight spot.

Delivered on time. Box has all the items described in picture. Easy to use. Tried at home to test and lifted my jeep rear wheel easily. Havent tried the compressor or the impact wrench

Held off going to garage with maybe saving money by doing myself. Saw great reviews but and excited to try product. Now I’m out almost $150. Now I’m stuck having to going to garage on which they have no availability till atleast 1wks away. So now I’m stuck taking the bus .
