I have been taking these for a few months, and I take 2 first thing in the morning. You can't chew them, but let them melt in your mouth. They definitely work, I Love them! ❤️

Very sweet
These mullein gummies are very sweet and have a pretty good flavor. If you are watching your blood sugar though, I would not recommend them. I currently have a pretty intense cold and have been coughing up a storm so I decided to try these gummies in hopes that they would help clear out my lungs like Mullein tea does. I'm not sure if that actually happened or not because I'm also taking regular pharmaceutical treatments but I do hope that that's the case. Fingers crossed my breathing improves one way or another. These are definitely something that I will keep on hand because they can't hurt.
