Don't forget
Great 3d printer, just remember to make sure your temp is set to the melting point of the filament you use to avoid jamming and if you want to take it a step further, you can always set the temp in the code if you only use certain filaments with a design. You can find that out by locating it on the spool.

Small issue with print nozzle at start but has run exceptionally since than. Some learning curve to refine settings for various filaments.

Excellent machine will be getting more
I bought this over a second Bambu Labs P1S. I saw several reviews and took a chance. I’m so glad I did. This thing makes great prints, is every bit as fast if not faster than my Bambu Labs, and prints perfectly well. It has been great for my prototype testing and printing my for sale products in my 3D print shop. Love that it comes with an enclosure and has the easily swappable hot ends. There are some flaws. The network printing only works with FlashForges own slicer, that is of and when it works. It’s currently not stable. Orca had a beta slicer with the network printing but they’ve removed it. Also you can only print in one color. Not a huge deal, but multi color prints would be nice. I bought this before my birthday at the end of January and it hasn’t let me down at all. Just Don’t Touch the plate lol keep it clean and preheat your bed, level it every so often and you’ll be golden.

Incredible!
Update 6/12/24 After some moderate use I started running into nothing but problems and failed prints. My printer loses power randomly, the axis will grind as if it’s misaligned, and now my extruder stops working intermittently and skips layers causing a massive waste of filament. I have been chatting back and forth with support from flashforge for weeks and keep getting met with suggestions on restarting the printer, updating, and cleaning the bed which has nothing to do with the issues, even after I tried their suggestions. Completely frustrating for the amount of money I spent. I started off with the very first version of the Ender 3 several years ago and loved it, but it was definitely time for an upgrade. After some research and wanting an enclosed printer, I decided upon this one. I did hear some negative reviews on YouTube mostly because of the specific slicer and or software you have to use for this printer, but it’s honestly not a big deal at all. It 3D prints things, and that’s all you really need it for. The build quality is excellent and was very well packaged. My shipping box was a bit damaged but the printer was protected with the foam. Setup was easy, although it did take a bit longer than the advertised 10 minutes with calibration, it was still a breeze. Being used to the slower Ender 3, this thing made me flinch when it started to print because it was ridiculously fast. I’m baffled at how it could print so well with such speeds. The print quality is stunning. I’ve used cheap PLA, the included PLA, and TPU, with amazing results. I’d highly recommend this printer to anyone. Great buy!

Ease of use.
I was very happy with this printer. It did well right our of the box for around 4 months. It did take some time to get good adhesion to the print bed, and I had to increase the temperature above what was being read on the screen. Maybe temperature was not reading right but once I did that by about 10-15c it worked great. The ultimate reason I had to return, was the nozzle burst inside and then every time I tried to turn it on, it would shut down. Not sure if the nozzle damaged something when it burst or not???? but obviously no longer working....

My favorite printer.
I love this printer. I've been printing for about 8 years. I've got a Creality CR10S4, a CR10S and an Anycubic resin printer. This is by far my favorite. It's basically plug and play. I've even had my daughter start prints for me while I was at work and she had no experience with printers. It prints PETG so smoothly. This printer is very fast and quiet. I would say that it rivals the Bambu that's twice the price.

FLASHFORGE printer
This is worth every penny. It woks great and with a computer and a little time spent learning a few programs that are free you can make any plastic thing you want.

The phone app isn't very useful. Need a PC or Mac.
Not sure what to rate this because you apparently need a PC to operate this despite all the advertising photos showing a phone and an app. The app only lets you view the print job. Some Google searches confirm that you need something that isn't Android...which is worse because I won't buy Apple. It is 2025, I don't own a PC, we use phones and tablets like people who don't still live in the 1990s.

Ordered on November 4th and arrived on December 23rd to Singapore. The printer is fast, got it for quite a good price in comparison to other places I find. Pros - Super Fast - Easy Calibration - Enclosure is a important for certain filaments like ABS - Build feels solid - Door is acrylic and not tempered glass ( good for me because I know I wont break the door by accident) - Extra nozzle with harder tip is provided - The 0.25kg PLA filament provided is really pretty Cons - The delivery I got for this printer took me more than a month to SIngapore with lots of CS chat and phone calls. - Printer is loud but can be tuned to go slower and quieter.. maybe like 500mm/s acceleration - Filament can't retract. If you are changing from ABS filament to PLA, please purge with high temps even when loading in the PLA filament - Inconvenient to cut the filament from tool head but you can DIY yourself a filament cutter - Heard the slicers are crap and it's recommended to use the original Orca Slicer which I am. Will recommend - Loading the filament through the tube is at the back.. if you keep your printer in the shelf, it's troublesome - Filament holder is also at the back.. find a filament spool holder that lets you use it on the side - I can't figure out where the belt tensioning is - I can't do auto bed levelling at every print even by changing the Machine Start G-Code unless using a modified klipper which I don't want to as the printer is stable as it is

I was initially sceptical of the claims when I first heard about the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro. However, after using it for several months, I’m completely sold. This 3D printer is a game-changer, offering a level of speed, precision, and ease of use that I haven’t seen before. Print Quality: The print quality is simply stunning. The Adventurer 5M Pro produces highly detailed prints with smooth surfaces and sharp edges. I've been particularly impressed with the ability to print intricate details, such as fine textures and small features. The printer handles a variety of filament types with ease, from PLA to ABS but so far I have had the best results with PETG which has given me the cleanest prints which are strong and have had very little stringing. Print Speed: This printer is incredibly fast. It can print large models in a fraction of the time it takes on my older 3D printers and better still there is no compromise on quality, either. The prints are still accurate and detailed, even at the highest speeds. I have made some alignment tools and they are so accurate I am using them to align my laser and get brilliant results. Ease of Use: The Adventurer 5M Pro is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive touchscreen interface makes it easy to set up and operate. The automated calibration system is a lifesaver, ensuring accurate prints every time. Build Quality: The build quality is excellent. The printer is sturdy and well-constructed, and it feels like it will last for years to come. I have not had to use any glue on the build plate and my prints don't lift and I have not had an issue with adhesion. I can print without supports on prints that just wouldn't work on my other printers and some of the overhangs I have printed without supports have left me speechless. There is an issue in that the top door is a little bit scratched from the energy chain at the top but its the only fault in an otherwise perfect build. I love the fact that cleaning out the inside is so simple because the internal base is completely flat so I can just brush out any filament without it getting caught on things. The doors are plastic and not glass but at this price, I couldn't expect glass. The machine is quite and the software is easy to use. Overall: If you're looking for a 3D printer that can handle a wide range of projects, from small prototypes to large-scale models, the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro is an excellent choice. With a nozzle upgrade, I will be able to print with Carbon Fibre and because it's fast, accurate, and easy to use I will be using it for a long time to come. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their 3D printing to the next level.
