Sounds great
I've only used it one time so far but I am confident that if it remains working exactly the same then my views will remain.First the cons.1, I have keen hearing when it comes to music so the moment that there's a bit of silence I hear the gears rolling in the unit.2, the audio quality isn't as good as the wired version but it's only noticeable if you actively compare them. Those two cond aren't great enough to give this product less than a 5 star rating because the pros outweigh them.1, easy to setup right out of the box, no instructions needed. Connects instantly to my Samsung galaxy S24 within seconds.2, sound quality is really good. You lose a little low end bass but hardly noticeable plus you're mixing old technology with newer so some loss is expected. High frequency is really good with negligible difference with the wired version. If your tape deck comes with the noise reduction or Dolby option try it. Makes the world of difference in sharpness.3, charged and ready to go out of the box. There's no way to tell how much charge but without me doing so I was able to run it for 2 hours and it still wasn't dead so it's safe to say that you can go on a trip right out of the package and you'll be fine.3, At first I thought it was kinda low until I raised the volume on the phone and I was pleasantly surprised that the sound quality didn't fade all the way up to about 95% then it became too much for the tape deck input. This is not a negative since everything has its limitations but at that level you're not missing anything.4, it took about an hour to indicate flashing red to alternate flashing red and blue. I'm not sure if that's fully charged or almost charged but it doesn't matter. In conclusion, this is a great buy for the cost so far long as it doesn't break down plus one less wire to deal with in the car.5, I have multiple older cars all with tape decks that I refuse to upgrade because I still like the natural sound of audio tapes which I still use. This allows me to easily transfer from one car to the next almost seamlessly and I'm happy. This is a good buy in my opinion. Sound quality is great, sound level is great and I hope the battery life remains good for a long time.If someone can come up with a self charging option built in, that would make it the greatest product of all time. There's already kinetic energy, come up with a way of recharging the battery internally using that. It's low voltage, low current guaranteed to outsell every other unit like it.

Make sure you turn the cassette with the proper side up.
I have an old JVC KABOOM BOX , THIS LITTLE DEVICE MAKES MY BOOM BOX A BLUE TOOTH DEVICE FOR A FEW BUCKS. I don’t know how long the battery last I think I played it for at least a couple of movies, and it still had power.

Audio is fuzzy, and the tape keeps clicking.
The media could not be loaded. Every song or podcast played on this sounds fuzzy. Podcasts are especially bad, it makes everyone sound like a robot, obviously this applies to music as well. It stops playing if there is a slight bump in the road or if I make a turn. It also fails to turn off with the car as advertised, and never charges up all the way. Its only saving grace is that it did work, just not well at all. You're better off getting a cassette to aux adapter, they're cheaper and the sound quality is much better.Update: It's new favorite thing to do is pop out of my player randomly. It will do this MULTIPLE times per song and doesn't pause the music that I'm listening to when it does it. It is INCREDIBLY annoying and has put this product on the list of things that has earned my hatred. In summary, this thing is AWFUL. I never misused it and followed every direction given to me by the packaging. It only lasted maybe a WEEK before developing these terrible aspects. Absolutely terrible product, I really wish that I'm the only one who experienced this.I got a video of it clicking and popping out on its own. There are no other buttons for ejecting a tape other than the one in the video, that you can see I didn't touch. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very useful Bluetooth usage
Great product! Glad I didn’t have to switch out my original deck because of this! Connects very easily to your phone and charges pretty quick.

why three star: how i fixed it so that it works perfectly fine on sony walkmans
i'd be honesti mean why dishonestthis bluetooth adaptor is totally fineits bluetooth connectivity does its fine jobthe problem is that it did not work for all my walkmans or portable casette playersi am no mechanic; last time i screwed with a driver was when i had to assemble ikeai had no idea screwdriving would save me from giving up on this productand not even giving it zero starat first i thought i didnt do my due diligence to check if its compatibility with walkmanshowever aluratek has used a comprehensive term to describe that wireless adaptor works for almost all cassette tape players that are in daily useso i reckoned it should work perfectly fine on all my walkmansunfortunately, the clickity clack problem hit me, just as others have similarly mentioned,i'm not sure if they experienced the exact same problemmy problem and the experience was this:after a successful connection to my desired audio playback device (my galaxy cellphone)inserting cassette adaptor into the cassette player (my sony walkman), and pressing play button on the cassette player, the audio playback from cellphone would play fine and well for about a few moments. then the playback pauses or dims very quiet, breaking the continuous sound into choppy one, and for reason unknown player tries to reverse the cassette adaptor which does not succeed. After that reverse failure, the player plays the playback in a normal manner like initially.Very sadly and to my grief and dismay, the player tries to reverse again and the whole process above repeats in a loop.At times, this loop ends as if the player has learned its futility in trying reversing and shuts off.At this point, i almost gave up until i found a Youtube video wherethis gracious guy took the courage to fix a cassette adaptor made by Phillipsand takes out a component (a cogged gear) to solve the problem. The video does not even demonstrate that this approach did actually fix the problem nordoes it mention that this is recommended for walkman cassette players.i live in south korea and this product came a long distance andi just did not want to go through all the crap of shipping it back and get my money back somehow,if they are even willing to accept my complaint.i was inspired by this dude's courage and decided to get my screwdriverand unscrew all the five screws that hold this cassette together.Guess what happened? All the components which were cogged gears inside fell out like a watershed. So, basically, this cassette had been emptied. No gears. So at this point, i was surely ready to accept my defeatif this thing doesn't fix the problem or has broken the whole thing.Well so, the gears have all flung out in chaos, i have no idea how to put them back so I said goodbye to that. All I could do was screwdriving so screwed back the same five screws.Fingers crossed, I tested them to all my walkmans and all of them succeeded.Aluratek would be little surprised that despite my description above,I gave fair rating for their features because the sound quality and bluetooth connectivity are all functional as promised. However, i never thought i would have to Ikea this thing to disassembleand have gears fallen out and go all this adventure to get it to work.I mean wouldn't you say i am super generous to give three stars? But to those who have the same trouble I described above, just unscrew the tape, open it up, let all the gears fall out and screw it back. then give your best of luck.I mean for me it's not a matter of luck anymoresince I just really did what I did and I am just happy to use it.I don't know if i am a subsidiary manufacturer for Aluratekbut this was my genuine experience and I hope someone who reads this can give it a try.I dare they do hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaBesides that i love listening to songs on my walkmans so my complaintor unexpected journey with Aluratek's wireless cassette tape adaptor ends here.Adieus
