Certainly magnesium is essential for over 400 chemical enzyme reactions in the body. Its importance is undeniable. Better ways in proven scientific application are always appreciated. As I personally age (I'm 80) selecting the basics in supplementation have been a mainstay in my health. Our food has been over farmed for decades and the nutrients in the soil have been depleted. It mindful to supplement your health the bast way you are able. Cost isn't the question... what price health?

You never really know the quality or even quantity of supplements, you only know the results you get. Magnesium and Glycine are two of the supplements which have the most dramatic impact on specific health issues. For magnesium, it helps with my vision, a brain fog, and glycine it helps with my joints. Sometimes I'll try a new brand and find it not working as well, with THIS ONE, I realized within two days it was superior. Five stars is not common from me, this is a five star product!

It's Magnesium, seems OK

Started off with 1 to abject it did not help to sleep, Then 2 tablets all the way to 5 tablets and no impact, meant to be 1000mg conclusion low quality magnesium. Tried 2 tablets of another brand at only 600 mg each and they worked
