Q: Will this stick a PVC moulding to a painted plaster wall?

As long as the surface is sound I don't see why not. I used it to stick pvc mouldings back on around some exterior doors and windows and it stuck to the brick and frames brilliantly.

Q: Is this good to stick glass mosaic pieces onto glass?

We used it to fix de-laminating caravan windows - which it did so can't see why it wouldn't work for sticking mosaic pieces. It is good being both strong when set and clear.

Q: Has anyone used this to repair the sole on hiking boots I need a really strong adhesive.. Thank you for your help

You will be better using a contact adhesive like evostick
