What does "blended for us water" mean, in the description of the product? what needs to be done to adapt to us water?

What it means is that this is not the British version. This is an "Americanized" version, formulated for US market tastebuds. I brew my teas with filtered water and the difference in taste between the UK and US versions is significant. If you want the real thing, this is not the product.

Apple and oranges. I grew up drinking all kinds of teas. Picking a tea is like picking a wine. In other words, what’s the occasion? Breakfast, afternoon, etc. This is my hands down favorite in the morning. It has the color of weak coffee but with a very robust flavor. Give it a try.

How is this packaged - 6 boxes of 40 bags or other?

This particular listing is packaged as 240 tea bags in a single large cardboard box as pictured. Taylor's also sells this tea in different sized boxes - I think I have bought bought boxes of 40 or 80 previously, but I can't recall for sure. Great tea, though.

Fantastic Tea

Arguably one of the best black teas I’ve ever had. I enjoy the tea daily and sometimes have two to three cups in a day. Highly recommend for any tea drinker.

Hearty flavorful black tea

My one and only "go to" Tea 3 times a day for the past 20 years. Introduced to me in Capetown but very happy its available here in the states. The "Gold" is good as well but I prefer this hearty flavorful blend. Only wish it was available at restaurants.
