This is an exact replacement to the OEM extinguisher and will fit in the original holder on an early 2000s Sea Ray.

Meets the requirements for a small boat extinguisher

Naturally, I won’t know for sure until I use if ever. But these were perfect replacement to the ones that came with my now 10yr old jetskis. They have a gauge unlike the old ones. Arrived fast and damage free.

Well, I haven't had to use it ;PLooks sharp and mounted well. They could have included some screws. I happen to have some stainless that work pretty well. It's larger than the prior one, but it fits under controls without interfering with anything.
