I LOVE this pillow! I’m a side sleeper and have been looking forever for the right pillow for me and this is it! I love that it comes with more filler - though I didn’t use it. It’s comfy and fluffs up to what you need. I mostly love the cool side and I wish both sides were cool. I bought an extra pillow case for it that fits perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because the silk liner started getting a run and has torn open after a year of average use. I didn’t add extra filling nor do I fluff it up usually. With a 3” hole in the seam I now have lots of mini foam pieces falling out when I take the main pillow case off to wash. I hate to toss it but don’t have much of a choice. I absolutely love this pillow but only one year of use makes it a bit costly to keep replacing. :(

I had bad neck issues from tossing and turning all night and my goose feather pillow was old. I switched to this one and the pain went away. Amazing pillow. So comfy and cool too. I was hesitant but I made a great purchase. Highly recommended.

Purchased the mini travel size to use while recovering from wisdom teeth surgery. It's the perfect size to carry from couch, to recliner, to bed. It supports my head, shoulders, and jaw well depending on how I want it positioned. It's squishy enough to manipulate but maintains it's loft to support. The cooling feature works impressively well and is soothing. It also comes with a nice carrying case so I'll be using it in the future for travel as well. Glad I made this purchase!

I purchased this for my girlfriend. She told me she gets hot and her neck and shoulders hurt her. I saw this pillow and ordered it, first it's made with quality and it looks amazing. It is definitely soft and it stays cool on one side and warm on the other. I'm going to get me one! They are very comfortable. I'm happy with my purchase.

I’m a side sleeper, and I have shoulder/neck pain pretty much every evening after work. I had an impinged nerve in my shoulder that never healed… I’ve been trying to find a pillow that actually helps, I tried numerous companies with different price ranges. I was skeptical when I got this pillow. I arrived and I realized I never had a queen pillow before, so I needed a pillowcase for it, that’s fine, since you can always put a big pillowcase on a small pillow not the other way. So ok solved. I liked the idea that I could adjust it myself, but then it’s basically tiny pieces of memory foam inside which were falling out and I thought at first it was annoying. Actually it was extremely satisfying to touch them, but I could literally adjust the thickness and firmness of the pillow to my like! The crescent shape was weird and I couldn’t understand how to use it, but omg I think it’s my favorite pillow. I’m a side sleeper with dinosaur hands and constant neck problems. Those edges of the pillow keep my chin lifted which makes me clench less during sleep. I love that I could adjust it myself, yes it seems inconvenient at first, but man, I didn’t sleep through the night for almost a year until this pillow. It’s trial and error, but it’s definitely worth it! For this price, I was surprised with the quality of pillowcase, how much actual stuffing it has. You can make it fluffy, or sturdy up to you, there is enough of foam, and they include a bag with additional foam if it’s not enough. Just get it honestly, the worst thing is that you won’t sleep on this pillow, but the stuffing can be still utilized. I really think it’s worth a try, it’s not so expensive and not cool “will fix your spine and make you a super star” pillow, but I definitely feel like one after sleeping on it. Also for people with ADHD/ASD, it really helps me with my dinosaur hands, I somehow end up being relaxed all night and I even stopped grinding my teeth, which I thought would never happen. So far this pillow is a life saver for me

I have been on the search for the perfect pillow for many years now. I am a side sleeper who rotates all night and have always been very picky about my pillows being the perfect density and height. Well for the first time in years, I am able to get a good night sleep with this one amazing pillow. Highly recommend if you are like me and have had to double stack pillows. It is super soft and the perfect thickness. Don't wait.... buy this pillow!

Another waste of mone on China pillows. THE WORST ZIPPERS, can't get any cheaper than plastic zippers that don't open. Third pillow with this stupid cheap problem. Spend a little more and get better quality.

When you sink your head into the pillow you can feel the memory foam. I personally like it because my ears aren’t sore from being on a cotton pillow. I love that you can remove and add extra memory foam that’s also included. Cooling side is nice. Of course doesn’t stay cool for hours when your head provides heat all night long. Overall I like how big it is and the curve for side sleep.

The QUEEN size is actually a bit long. Your standard pillowcase might be too small --> either opt for king shams or longer queen shams. The kit comes compressed and rolled in a box. Comes with TWO. and also a small bag of extra fillers you would use to adjust the stuffing/height after trying out the pillow a few nights. Before using, I would puff it up and let it expand a day . Box says 48hours. Also there is a hint of "chemical" smell with the stuffing but this goes away. Note that the stuffing is essentially memory foam "bits and pieces". If you've ever used memory foam you can understand what this "smell" means. So as i mentioned it is a pretty comfortable pillow as a side sleeper. I need to play a bit with the stuffing levels. I suffer from sore neck often with my older pillows but i looked around here to find a pillow that "works" for me. I need to use this for maybe a bit more time to be transparent. In terms of hot/coolness, I don't really notice a difference of it being "cooler" than any other pillow to be honest. By the way this pillow has some weight. It is NOT light. Has a decent thumpy mass. Just imagine a large lump of memory foam. You can imagine this isnt a polyester or downfilled lightweight pillow! There are other "brand name" products out there that cost around 150+ that literally looks identical to this pillow. To be fair i do not have those pillows. So far so good. Will update after some more nights with this.
