Defective product
We installed the product 15 days back and since then we have been waiting for the water to clear but the water is extremely dirty. I have been using this product for a long time now but the last piece I ordered is defective since the water is full of mud. I need a replacement.Water softness:The previous products were very good but the last one is defective.

This is waste of money. The adapters are not fitting to taps which are reputed company ones. Return policy of the product is also not happening. Pick up agent visiting and declining to pick and rejecting the return with out the reason. Totally waste of money and time

Chandra install water science filter
I just bought the Water Science tap filter. It was easy to install. Although it doesn't reduce the water's TDS, it claims to remove harmful substances. Initially, it released black carbon water for a minute or two, but then regular water started flowing. I'll see how it works and share a review after six months.
