This controller/grip for the Switch is excellent value for money. It's much more sturdy than the original joycons and, for my large hands, makes the switch more comfortable to hold. It does add weight, so may not be suitable for younger children but our teenage son prefers it to the original joycons too. Using this makes the Switch feel very similar to a Steamdeck. The light up design is a nice touch, making it seem high-end. Buttons respond really well and the Switch slides in and out easily, fitting perfectly. The controller does need charging separately to the Switch itself but it just uses a standard USB-C cable which most people have anyway because most phones use them (if not, they're very easy to get on Amazon).

I bought this through my hubbys amazon prime & WOW i love it so much better than nintendo swirch icons. Also love how it lights up too which is great playing my nintendo switch oled in the dark. So easy to set up aswell i recommend it , great value for money.

I absolutely love this! It took a while to get used to the initial size of it as it felt quite big but now I'm used to it it's super comfortable. I bought it because the tracking went on my joycons so it was making it too hard to play handheld but this is super handy. I love that I can change the colours around the edges to suit my mood it looks super sleek, it's sturdy, works great, super easy to pair it with the switch too. Well worth the money it's been a life saver!

Yet to play on as its for me for Xmas but did check if fits and turns on which it did love the delight and feel and the colour. Just can't wait till Xmas now

Works well with the switch OLED, tho it doesn't work on all games that require the basic nintendo joy cons. Other than that it's a good product

I have a switch OLED and am useless with technology but for some reason lately, the two joy controllers I got with it have become mostly unresposive and sluggish. I bought this in the hope it would fix the problem and it did, I also love the colours on the handset, as you play they light up. I have no idea if this works with switch 2 which I do not intend to buy as my eyesight isn't great and from the reviews I read, it seems the major leap forward is the visuals and the faster loading. I am happy with the OLED loading time it's fast enough and with my eyesight, even if it was the most fantastic picture known to man, it would make no difference to me.
