High Quality
These are very high quality drill bits, I'll always come back to them in future for replacement bits. The vast array of sizes is also very helpful

Not cheapest 6.8mm drill, but Dormer are fab quality!
Quality drills like these aren't cheap, especially when needing specific tapping size drills like this .. 6.8mm for M8 thread. Cut really clean wholes through 18mm, 3 layers, of aluminium.

A Brazilian drill with Dormer written on it.
It’s a drill. It is made in Brazil which whilst no doubt renowned for it’s high quality engineering was a disappointment to me as I hadn’t realised we had managed to lose UK production of Dormer some years ago. It looks fine but until it has had extended use I cannot really comment further. Hopefully better than the Chinese drills made of cheese and chocolate and put in boxes that inexplicably say Bosch or similar. I will wait and see.
