Good taste and good package

This is authentic masala. Very good to make thambda rassa ( Kolhapuri style) and also chicken curry mahastrian maratha style.

Once the spice goes in the wok/kadhai, and starts roasting in the oil...the fragrance filled the kitchen and it was goooood. The taste was near if not exact to the traditional Kolhapuri Misal. Very happy with the spice.

Ingredients looked great and I really wanted to try making misal for my guests with this powder, unfortunately the delivery was too late and I had to cancel and make the powder myself. I really want to try this masala powder. Hopefully I get to order again after my masala gets over.
