Arduino Giga R1 WiFi [ABX00063] - High-Performance Microcontroller with Dual-Core ARM Cortex-M7 & M4, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Advanced I/O for IoT & Edge Computing

Working wonderfully. At the moment I've got 14 gas sensors, temp, humidity, atmospheric pressure, infra red camera, sd card, lidar, and a GigaDisplay it's not missing a beat. I'm using the GigaDisplay touch screen for controls and, even with all that running, it's quite responsive. There's only one breakout terminal block available for this and I highly recommend popping for one, especially if you are getting a GigaDisplay as well because the GigaDisplay attaches directly to the board and makes pin access difficult if you (like me) are going to change things around alot. In the end I spent about $160 for the Unit, Display and breakout which sounds pricey but I'm super happy with it all. I've also barely scraped the surface of this units capabilities. I'm currently calling it the "Trycorder" :)

I have only done some basic tutorials with this MCU board and works great so far.

The Giga specs are phenomenal. But, the Giga won't run accelstepper which is a necessary library for my application. Took me many hours to find it was the Giga and not my coding... I tried on another Giga, same problem. I also used the Giga Display, looked marvelous on paper. Out of the box, connected to a Giga and even the example sketches wouldn't run well, they sort of ran. Then the Giga got very hot and even when the display was disconnected it heats up - with nothing connected but power. Be careful that your libraries are supported and until Arduino fixes the display, don't connect one to your board. And yes, it's not me, I've been working with Arduinos for years.

Il prezzo e giustificato dalle potenzialità offerte dalla board e dalla quantità di documenti che si trovano in line. Consigliato insieme al display Arduino giga display per progetti fai da te . Molte porte digitali ed analogiche. Ci sono più uscite 5v ed accetta vari tipi di tensione in ingresso veramente ottimo
