I use this to advertise my book signings and it's fantastic. It's just the right height for attracting attention but it's not bulky. It stands very solidly. Easy to write on with regular chalk. It's pretty lightweight for the size, but doesn't look or feel cheap or flimsy.

When I was looking for an easel to use at my events/ markets I was really struggling as in stores they were sooo expensive and just looked so cheaply made for the money. So, I was somewhat nervous ordering this one in line. But, I have to say I am NOT disappointed!! It is a beauty to write on and looks amazing at my shows.

VERY light weight, gets blown over with a light wind. Consequently, the frame looks pretty beat up & I've had to fix both the hinges on the top as well as the supports on the sides countless times. For inside use, it's a nice sign & looks pretty. If you were thinking of sitting it outside (for a business advertising), find something else.

Sturdy and easy to clean. Great size and value. Bought the vintage chalk markers too.

It's very attractive, charming, and sturdy, but not super heavy. It's very handy to have as extra signage for an event or a display. It has held up well to frequent use and people (toddlers) accidentally knocking into it. I've used it several times and it cleans up well every time. On days with strong wind gusts it can blow around so be sure to tie it or wedge it against something. I've used it at both outdoor and indoor events but I don't leave it outside all day every day.

My granddaughter and I opened her gift today as we were writing on it 5 screws fell out. I was certainly disappointed.
