These are really sharp and do the job well. They feel sturdier and more professional than my old pair. I’ve only got a small back garden and just potter about really, but the quality is great, and they’re perfect for what I need: mainly deadheading roses (in this video I’m deadheading hydrangeas). That said, they’re heavier and a bit bulkier than I’m used to, so I did find them a bit awkward at first, but I’ve got more used to them over time. I’m giving 4 stars, which feels fair. If I’m honest, as a woman with smaller hands, I’d prefer something slightly lighter and less chunky, which is why i deducted one star. But they are probably ideal for someone with a larger hand span.

Well made and good value

Good quality, sturdy and hard wearing. Also a good size not too big for me, my hands are quite small and sometimes secateurs can be too cumbersome. I’m a glove size small or 61/2 / 7 to give a guide. I’m Nice and sharp too.

Work well, easy to cut, slightly on the small side but very good overall. Would recommend.

So far so good, I started 1st pruning of my roses so a good sharp pair of secateurs were a must, They cut cleanly and easily , the grip is soft and comfortable if a little large for me I dropped them in the mud and it took me week to find them but not a scrap of rust
