are exercises examples included in the package?

Not that I saw. I bought these for my wife for Xmas and, from what I saw, it was just the bands in the bag. However, any resistance exercise you do with them does the trick. I put one on my two wrists and started doing some fly exercises and was worn out sooner than I thought.

Can i use these loop bands for arms?and use for women ?

Yes you can but I don't really recommend them because they slip easily or roll up. I stopped using mine because I had to keep putting them back in place after a few reps over and over again

I am trying to get rid of the belly. will this loop workout bands help?

No these will not help you lose your belly. That requires dietary change. Look into intermittent fasting and low-carb diets, working towards keto.
