unique insights from a unique leader
I’ve read plenty of business books and a lot of them share very similar ideas. This one is unique. Brad Jacobs is an extremely interesting and impressive human being, and it’s a cool journey to go inside his head. It started off a bit slow but by the end of it I was highlighting every other word.As a corporate employee of his latest conquest (QXO, formerly Beacon), I can confirm that he means every word he writes in this book and is following through on all these same ideas. I hope to someday get to experience one of his MORs live — I hear they’re quite something.

Very good.
Very good, inspiring, and great advice on building great businesses - but kind of depressing when he talks about tech and ai and the future

Great read
My hubby bought this to read and he has raved about it so much that now I’ve read it. Great ideas and a different way to look at money. I would say worth the read.

Highly recommended reading
Great insights on how to run highly effective meetings, how to ensure results matter, how to manage companies within a highly productive and respectful meritocracy framework, and the book also outlines an efficient M&A playbook.

great process and discipline but. it fully accessible for 0-1
Super thoughtful insights on managing people and business at scale. Harder to replicate at smaller enterprises, but still helpful for direction and principles.
