Works, but loaded with sugar - having to brush my teeth in the middle of the night is not fun. Also way overpriced: the three simple ingredients can be bought for a smal fraction of the price.

Old Fashioned Gaviscon with foam barrier from Canada
US Gaviscon no longer has the foaming barrier that made it the best OTC instant heart-burn relief due to some obscure FDA ruling. But Canadian Gaviscon (this) has it. Even with the tariffs it's worth it!

They work well. They were recomende to me by my ENT. I just do not like the taste or feel of them in my mouth.

Fast Relief Favourite I already take prescription stomach medicine, but when I want to enjoy foods that might push my luck, these tablets have been a lifesaver for me. They calm things down in about 30 seconds, keep working for hours, and after trying just about everything out there, this is the one I keep reaching for.

Effective against my heartburn (I need to chew 1-2 large ones at once), but doesn't help my indigestion/globus sensation. Orange flavour is more sugary than orangey. Same for the fruit flavour. Peppermint is sweet, but definitely tastes of peppermint mostly.
