Excellent product. I have used it to sift wholemeal flour and making jam Using the finest sieve gave me about 85% of the grain, leaving out the larger husk bits. Makes a very nice healthy loaf. For blackberry jam I used a larger sieve to strain out the pips. Worked a treat. The sieves are very sturdy and easy to replace and clean. I am very pleased with this product.

I have had this sieve for eighteen months, very versatile, sturdy and as good as new but I am pleased I purchased the 25 Cm version. Would recommend.

I use these sieves for sifting aggregate for shelter coats and plasters, and for sifting casting plaster prior to use for fibrous work. I've had my set for nearly 2 years and they have not been well looked after- they just get chucked in with my tools! That being said, the mesh is all good, they are all still well connected and intact. They do get a bit stiff to remove sometimes but a screwdriver on the rim of the sieve disks (NOT on the mesh!) knocks them out of place enough to release them. The only I do have with them is that when they get stuck, if you have things on various layers, it sends it flying when trying to release them! I imagine they would work really well for cooking, but as I wasn't sure if they'd be suitable when I bought them, I thought I'd let other construction/ heritage types know that they do the job. NOTE- they are not scientific sieves so I wouldn't recommend them for formal mortar or aggregate analysis, but for a rough idea of composition of grading and for more informal uses, they're perfect. If you are sieving aggregates, try and ensure that it's dry before sieving otherwise it tends to clump and makes it an awkward job.

Does the job, but the 'biggest' mesh (the one with the largest holes) seems to have been welded into the ring / case. The images on this page to seem to suggest that all four meshes can be removed, but that doesn't appear to be the case - at least for mine. Not a show stopper - the finer meshes seem to fit on top ok, so you can still use them.

J'utilise ces tamis pour obtenir différentes filtration de ma farine que j'obtiens dans un moulin de cuisine. Ils font très bien l'affaire et sont facilement lavables.

Se monta y desmontan de forma sencilla y cada tamiz es de un tamaño. Tiene calidad, utilidad y es muy versátil
