Not good fitting as I have very narrow feet, apart from that, they appeared to give the support. I returned these due to fitting not quality.

Once worn correctly, is fab
So don’t make the mistake I did and put the lump bit right under ur feet. It’s supposed to go where your arch is, otherwise it’ll be really uncomfortable!

Very disappointed as the bands are too large. I thought the gel pads would be larger.

Really helped support my foot and prevent plantar facscitis flare.
Easy to put on and very handy to wear with all shoes yo improve arch support- I have quite a slim foot so a good fit but I think those with a bigger foot might find it too tight.

Ganz o.k. Ich habe die Bandagen bestellt, weil mir sämtliche Pantoletten zu locker sind, sozusagen als Füller. Demnach kann ich zum eigentlichen Nutzen nicht viel sagen.
