The overall quality of the wood and the construction of this product are excellent — it feels sturdy and well-made. However, I do have some issues with the design. The side ropes don’t seem to add much function or benefit, and the two outer platforms are just bare wood with no fabric or texture for my cat to grip. Unfortunately, when my cat tried it for the first time, he slipped and fell. It was a little funny at first, but I didn’t want him to get hurt, so I covered the top wooden piece with some old socks before reattaching it. That small fix made him more confident using it, but I still think the overall design could use a bit more thought to make it safer and more cat-friendly.

When I’m sleeping next to my bed all I hear is my cats bells on their colors running up and down this bridge. Do you love it more than anything else it’s like a cat heaven up to my loft. My cats play with a day and night I watched him sleep on it Lee on it even scratch on it. My favorite thing is that they can scratch on the little pad and you can replace it. It’s awesome I recommend getting one for maybe two you should probably get cat shelves with it as well. I have one too.

TL;DR Cool idea, but the execution is terrible. Numerous manufacturing defects, poor quality, and overpriced. Cats are far more impressed than I am. Mounting Hardware: 1/5 The mounting hardware provided was of subpar quality. The screws, made of a cheap zinc material, stripped easily during installation. Ease of Installation: 3/5 While the instructions were clear and straightforward, the issues with the mounting hardware and the canvas holes made the installation process more challenging than it should have been. The bridge was also an uneven length on one side and that required a screwdriver to adjust. Quality: 2/5 Several quality concerns were evident right away as well as some damage. The canvas material had frayed spots, and there was a noticeable color tone difference. Additionally, the wood used isn't solid but rather a particle board with a faux wood grain finish while the bottom half of the mount is plastic that it "clicks" in to. The bridge rope was frayed and of varying lengths. I had to use scissors to fix the frayed ends and then a torch to melt the tips to prevent any additional fraying. The instructions and product description never mention this. Instructions: 4/5 The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Value: 1/5 Given the quality issues and the price point, I found this product to be overpriced compared to other brands offering better quality. Additional Comments: The canvas, though removable and washable, seems unlikely to withstand more than a few washes before it will need to be replaced. There's a manufacturing defect where the "click" wall mount's bottom half isn't uniformly flush with the top half. Despite the clear instructions, the overall experience with this product was disappointing. The brand needs to address these quality concerns before I can recommend this product to others and some additional color options would go a long way.

I was so impressed, that I ordered a whole bunch of other stuff on my own. Now I am on a mission to put wall mounted cat furniture all over in different areas of my house to get my cats more vertical space. The quality of this little bridge is excellent. They have come up with a simple and solid way to install it fairly easily. I have seen other kitty bridges that were similar, but I passed on them because there were gaps between the slats. This one does not have those gaps. I don't want any chance of a cat running across and slipping through and hurting themselves. Great quality and cute, as well.

I have a lot of rescue cats and kitties and this is a great addition to their playroom. most of them are big climbers and love to go from place to place. It seems to be holding up well and would consider adding another to the room.

Product certainly "clicks" together like its namesake implies. Particle board construction with grain finish. Easy to put together but mounting equipment is cheap. I would recommend using your own mounting gear that is more sturdy. I would be concerned otherwise about its ability to stay mounted when a cat runs across it. I suppose the price is due to it being part of an "ecosystem" but I would rather have a mismatched set if it means half the price, especially when considering the low quality of this item. I admit it is cute though and works well enough when properly fixed to the wall. Would not say this is that great though.
