Perfect for what I needed
I carry this with a small 5,000mah battery. The solar panel supplies enough power to charge my phone at a higher rate of charge but not at a rapid charge. It seams to be well built. No complaints so far. I have purchased another one and will see if the quality and performance is consistent.

Great for small low power devices.
This solar panel about the size of the common smartphone (when closed) is great for devices that use very little energy like a small flashlight, small power bank, or a little radio. It’s something good to have around when power goes out or great practice with off grid power for small devices.

Nifty device, but didn't generate much power
This may be a nice product for a small niche usage type, but it doesn't generate enough power to be applicable in a lot of situations likely. The problem being...that its quite small, slightly bigger than the size of my cell phone when folded up. The Pro is ofc that you can carry it with you, possibly even in a big pocket. (It has buttons so you can "close it" to the size of about a cell phone, and when it opens its twice as big.) And its 8 ounces, and feels nearly weightless, or about the weight of my empty cell phone case.So being this small...it needs a LOT...of sun and heat...to generate any energy. It claims its 4 watts, but I tested it with a USB tester and put it right up against my grow light...and it barely could even begin charging my phone..registering 00 watts. (less than 1 watt.) I left it on the floor under my grow light for 30 mins....tested it....nothing. Didn't even register a 00, the watt meter didn't even turn on. Phone didn't even register as being plugged in. Just nothing. I had to lift it up and put it 1 inch up next to the grow light...to finally get my phone to give me a charging indicator...an the USB wattage reader...went from not registering anything, to only a 00 so not even giving me 1 watt. This is a pretty strong grow light that simulates a bright sun, warm enough that I feel its heat when I am a few feet away in the same room. And sadly this did not register anything...after 30 minutes of that. and barely started to function only when I held it right up 1 inch from the grow light. Therefore this thing might help you make an emergery phone call, if you are in a VERY hot desert-like area with a LOT of sun and heat. But its not going to be able to charge up a cell phone very much likely, and it likely will not do anything in a moderate weather environment. Solar panels need the heat, to power them up, so if you arent in a desert-like sunny condition...this thing is likely useless. And it may just keep a device at 1% so long as it remains sunny, it won't likely be powerful enough to actually charge a device up.So...while it does technically work, it needs a certain environment to work in, which limits its use. and its also quite weak so it will likely only let you make an emergency call, just enough to power your phone. It could also probably power a radio for a little while too. Its a very handy thing to have if one is say hiking in the desert, and even then only for emergency use. But otherwise limited in what it can do.Note: another good thing about it is it has 3 conections on the wire, for both USB-C, (android phones, and standard USB devies), the smaller USB (iphones) and I think micro SD (for other electronics.)

Good for small emergency's
I was pretty impressed at first! Looks good and seems like it's water resistant (to an extent) comes with three head USB charging cable for you choice of devices to charge, this will passively charge or trickle charger you're devices so I don't think you'll be able to get a real charger but any charger is good enough right!?

Over-spec'd
1.5watt is a fraction of advertisedIt's rugged design is a winner, needs a larger footprint. Will push power 4.99v@ 0.2-0.3 amp to a phone or power pack, under the winter noon sun in Albuquerque.
