Smells lovely , long lasting

Had these in the past and the smell and liquid has lasted for 4/5 weeks even longer sometimes, this time it lasted less than 2 weeks which was really disappointing. The aroma in the house however was absolutely gorgeous if only for a short time. I didn’t think much at the time but the box was quite crushed up and looked a little sorry for itself but it didn’t matter as it was only for me and not a gift, now I’m wondering if it was old stock and had been sent by accident as I know Valentte would never send anything in this condition. I did inform the seller and they were wonderful and have offered me a replacement which is why I’ve given a 5 star for customer service and the aroma as you really can’t fault the fragrance.

I’m really so happy with these reed diffusers - the fragrance is really fresh, uplifting and calming. As some other reviews say, it is very much like being in a spring garden full of jasmine - such a treat! I am also really happy with the price - we previously used neals yard which was extremely expensive and lost its scent after a few weeks. While has just kept bringing us joy for a good few weeks now! Brilliant value for the natural fragrance and great price!

Scent is good and lasts a long time. No writing on the bottle to remind you of the scent you ordered which would help. Lovely packaging feels like a treat and the only reed diffuser that actually has worked and for about 6weeks. Good value

I have a love for reed diffusers and from my experience most have a weak scent throw. I really researched this brand and the reviews and I feel SO let down. Yes, the packaging is lovely. However; the scent reminded me of when I was little and playing around with essential oils to make something try and smell nice. It’s not nice. Maybe that’s it saving grace as I couldn’t even smell it even after a week (flipping reeds daily). Absolutely nothing at all. I have tried emailing the company as everyone seems to rave about how amazing the customer service is (it got bounced back- I’m a tech nerd… I know how to send an email). I also tried using their website contact form and that pinged up with an error! Lastly, I contacted Amazon as I really wanted to like this brand - at first I had to contact them personally via Amazon. No response. They have now contacted them on my behalf. We shall see… Really, really disappointing on all levels. Literally the worst reed diffuser I’ve ever purchased. I’ll go back to Cristalinas and NEOM for luxe smell.

Didn't rate the scent in general or how strong it was, disappointed after reading so many great reviews. Fully accept that it might just not be to my taste but the smell definitely didn't last long.

Classy amber glass diffuser. Tinted glass prevents the oil spoiling.
